Job Description
About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead floor operations at our Steakhouse in DIFC, Dubai. You will own the guest experience, coach the front-of-house team, and protect service standards every shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thinks like an owner and moves like a host.

Key Responsibilities:
• Floor Leadership: Lead daily lunch and dinner service across the entire restaurant floor.
• Team Management: Coach, train, and motivate a service team of 8+ FOH members.
• Guest Experience: Own the journey from reservation to goodbye — including VIP handling and service recovery.
• Operations: Manage table turns, reservations flow, POS reporting, and daily checklists.
• Performance: Track key metrics — covers, average check, guest satisfaction, staff performance.
• Kitchen Coordination: Partner with the chef and BOH team to ensure consistent execution.

Requirements:
• Experience: Previous restaurant management experience preferred. Mindset and attitude prioritized over years of experience.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a service team.
• Service Standards: Strong understanding of premium casual or fine-casual dining service flow.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable with POS systems, daily reporting, and reservations management.
• Languages: Fluent English required. Arabic strongly preferred.
• Profile: Strong interpersonal skills, calm under pressure, ownership mentality.
• Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
• Location: Must be based in Dubai.

Schedule & Location:
• Work Hours: 9 hours shift + 1 hour break.
• Work Days: 6 days per week.
