Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Installation: Installing doors, windows, molding, cabinetry, and fixtures.
• Measurement & Cutting: Cutting and shaping materials to exact specifications using hand tools and power saws.
• Repair & Maintenance: Replacing damaged wood components, fixtures.
• Planning: Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and building plans.
• Site Safety: Maintaining a clean and safe job site, adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements and Skills
• Experience: Generally 2–5+ years of experience in general carpentry.
• Versatility: Proven experience as a multi-skilled operative with knowledge in at least two or three additional trades (painting, tiling, ).
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Physical Ability: Strong stamina for walking, standing, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting heavy objects (often up to 50–75 lbs).
