We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional service of our restaurant. You will be responsible for leading and supporting our team to deliver outstanding dining experiences to our guests. In this role, you will oversee the daily restaurant activities, manage team performance, and handle customer queries and complaints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of the restaurant ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Support and supervise restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Coordinate staff schedules to optimize productivity and manage labor costs.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing restaurant staff members.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies and stock to meet restaurant needs.
• Implement and maintain restaurant policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance to uphold standards.
• Analyze financial reports and assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
