Apt Resources is looking for a talented and experienced Mandarin-speaking restaurant manager to join our client's team in a prestigious dining establishment. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who is fluent in Mandarin and has a strong background in managing upscale dining experiences.

As the restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food standards. You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience reflective of the restaurant’s high standards.

Responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
