Job Description
We are hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to manage a team of housekeeping staff across residential or commercial cleaning sites. This role requires hands-on supervision, site visits, and client coordination to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and assign daily tasks to cleaning crews
• Ensure timely completion and quality of cleaning activities
• Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns
• Train and monitor cleaners for performance and compliance
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies
• Record attendance and work reports, ensure timely staff deployment

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning or housekeeping sector
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Ability to speak Hindi or Nepali (basic English is a plus)
• Physically fit and willing to travel across sites
• Flexible with work hours, including early morning or late evening shifts
