Job Description
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the labor camp.
• Monitor security personnel and ensure the camp is secure at all times.
• Report activity or security concern to the management immediately.
• Allocate rooms to new employees as per company policy.
• Keep records of all occupants and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure all necessary supplies (beds, mattresses, pillows, bedsheets, etc.) are available and distributed properly.
• Maintain records of issued items and request replenishments when needed.
• Welcome and orient new employees upon arrival.
• Ensure they are informed about camp rules, safety procedures, and amenities.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, AC, etc.) with the concerned department.
• Ensure timely repair and upkeep of camp infrastructure.
• Supervise garbage collection and disposal processes.
• Ensure camp residents follow rules and regulations.
• Handle disciplinary issues and report any serious matters to HR/Admin.
• Monitor overall health and safety conditions.
• Assist in emergency situations and ensure first-aid kits are available.
