We are currently looking for a Restaurant Operations Director to join Broverg LLC at our Al Maryah Island office in ADGM Square (Level 15). This is a senior role for someone who has at least 8 to 10 years of experience managing high-end restaurant groups specifically here in the UAE. Youโll be responsible for the full scope of operations across our locations so we need a leader who is hands-on and knows the Abu Dhabi hospitality market inside out.
