Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Cleaners to join our Technical Services Company. The Cleaner will support our operations by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the client sites, facilities, and service locations. Cleaners may be assigned to residential, commercial, industrial, or project-based depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Cleaning
• Clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, carpets, and rugs
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, shelves, and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors
• Wash windows, glass doors, and mirrors to maintain a streak-free appearance
• Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste according to company and local regulations
• Refill supplies such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning materials.

Room & Area Maintenance
• Clean assigned or specific area depending on the client's requirements
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Ensure cleaning equipment is properly cleaned, stored, and maintained
• Follow checklists and cleaning schedules to ensure consistency and quality

Healthy, Safety & Compliance
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Wear company uniform as required
• Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, and environmental guidelines
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and professional conduct at all times/

Skills & Competencies
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Time management skills and ability to complete task efficiently
• Basic understanding of cleaning products, tools and techniques
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic literacy and ability to understand instruction and safety guidelines
• Knowledge of proper handling of cleaning chemicals is an advantage

Working Conditions
• Work across multiple client locations such as residential buildings, offices, and commercial sites, and technical project sites
• May involve day or night shifts, weekends, or emergency call-outs depending on service requirements
