Job Description
Policies, Processes & Procedures
β€’ Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
β€’ Compliance with the laws and regulations stipulated in the system of labor policies and administrative regulations (Attendance, Absence, Career commitment) .
β€’ An understanding of how to handle sensitive data of a confidential nature.

Operations Delivery
β€’ Ensure implementing all (Ready to deliver checklist) before leaving the delivery center and follow all operational standards to carry out all deliveries.
β€’ Follow and implement all the delivery procedures on ready shipments (Checking addresses on shipments, Sorting, Contact customers to match the data and determine the date and location of delivery ... etc.).
β€’ Completion and return to the delivery center by the accepted time.
β€’ Update our operation system and hand over all the bills to in-charge staff in the unit.
β€’ Achieve the required target set for the number of shipments delivered and / or received.

Maintain Safety
β€’ Follow the standards of safety and security in the EP and other locations in which he operates.

Customer Services Quality
β€’ provide all services to customers and receive / deliver all types of shipments to customers as quickly and efficiently required.
β€’ Show an honorable image of the group for customers
β€’ Inform customers about new products and services.
β€’ Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, ask for feedback on provided services and handling complaints from clients.

Operation Machinery
β€’ To be sure following all the procedures related to the vehicle that is used in the delivery.
β€’ Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles, such as monitoring fluid levels and replenishing fuel.
β€’ Following delivery driving routes and time schedules.
β€’ Maintain the group assets.

Perform Clerical Tasks
β€’ Staying in touch with the delivery center and to be ready to do any emergency work.
β€’ Commitment to all the instructions received from his direct charge staff for the interest of the work

Other Tasks
β€’ Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager or other Senior Management.

Qualifications and Knowledge:
β€’ High School degree or equivalent.

Experience:
β€’ 2-5 years of experience in Delivery Center.

Job Specific Skills (Technical Competencies):
β€’ Knowledge in IT skills,
β€’ Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
β€’ Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability Forklift certificate
β€’ Quality service focus to our customers.
