Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Packaging: Safely package products using the appropriate materials ensuring items are secure for transport or storage.
• Labeling & Documentation: Accurately label packages with product details shipping information and any required regulatory information.
• Inspection: Inspect finished products for quality assurance ensuring there are no defects or damage before packing.
• Assembly of Packaging Materials: Assemble boxes cartons bags or other packaging components as required following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of packaging materials used and report inventory levels to supervisors. Assist in stock rotation to ensure the proper materials are available.
• Machine Operation: Operate basic packaging machinery (e.g. sealing machines labelers) as required ensuring the equipment runs smoothly and safely.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with product specifications and packaging standards to meet company quality standards and regulations.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and ensure timely shipping of products.
• Shipping Prep: Prepare packages for shipment by organizing them on pallets or in designated areas ensuring proper labeling and documentation for dispatch.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a packaging assembly or warehouse role is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to XX lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
