Job Description
• To carry out assembly and furnishing works in factory and site within time frames specified and according to customer specifications and quality standards thereby achieving customer satisfaction

Education/Certification and Continued Education
• 2 – 3 years as a skilled carpenter in interiors / civil industry
• Must have know how of both furnishing and shuttering works

Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Carry out assembly work in factory and fit-out/ finishing works for final jobs on site for all joinery and wood works (E.g. fixing of doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, etc.) as per shop drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Perform shuttering for structural concrete works during the construction stage (E.g. slabs, beams, concrete floor slabs, etc.) as per specifications and instructions.
• Perform assigned tasks within specified timeframes and as per coverage area assigned.
• Assist in the site establishment and set up of stores, offices, storage facilities, etc. as instructed by the Project Engineer and in the construction of scaffoldings on site.
• Carry out the protection of finished works effectively through the preparation of adequate plywood covers, etc. as instructed.
• Manage the tool box assigned and replace tools as and when necessary.
