Job Description
Black Salt is a modern, dynamic restaurant known for bold flavors and excellent service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Hot Kitchen Commis to join our culinary team and support our chefs in delivering high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of hot kitchen items including meats, vegetables, sauces, and sides.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Follow recipes and plating standards under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Support daily mise en place and kitchen organization.
• Ensure freshness of ingredients and proper storage.

Requirements:
• Previous experience or culinary training in hot kitchen preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
