Job Summary

Responsible in taking food and beverage orders, suggestive selling, serving orders to guests and ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
• Making the guest feel at home and taken care of throughout their experience.
• Setting up / opening and closing the restaurant.
• Explaining the daily specials / chef recommendations.
• Taking order and punching them into the POS system.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Regularly update customers on the status of their orders.
• Handle complaints from clients.
• Serving food and drinks.
• Liaising with bartenders and runners to ensure smooth operations.
• Taking out the empty plates, glasses and condiments after the guests have finished.
• Cleaning the restaurant.
• Cleaning applicable operational equipment.
• Re-stocking service areas & condiments.
• Performing other reasonable job duties as assigned by direct supervisors from time to time.
Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
• Capability to perform repetitious duties.
• Capability of working in a high-pressured environment.
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Based or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
