We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Joinery Production Supervisor to oversee the production and operations of our joinery workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely production of high-quality custom woodworks, managing the carpentry team, and maintaining efficient workflows in line with project specifications. This role requires a deep understanding of joinery production processes, material management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

•Supervise and manage the daily operations of the joinery workshop, ensuring production targets are met on time and to the required quality standards.

•Oversee the manufacturing process of custom kitchens, doors, wardrobes, furniture, and other wooden fixtures.

•Ensure all joinery works are produced based on technical drawings, specifications, and project deadlines.

•Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure that materials are used effectively and waste is minimized.

•Supervise carpentry staff to ensure work is completed accurately and safely, providing guidance and training as needed.

•Ensure that the workshop is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe manner, adhering to all safety protocols.

•Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.

•Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and tools needed for production.

•Manage the maintenance and upkeep of carpentry machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.

•Assist in the training and development of junior carpenters and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

•Proven experience as a Carpenter Joinery Production Supervisor, Joinery Foreman, or similar role in joinery industry.

•Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, wood types, and carpentry techniques.

•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and joinery plans.

•Experience with workshop machinery and tools (saws, planers, drills, etc.).

•Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

•Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on efficiency, quality control, and safety.

•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

• Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
