Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Steel Fabricator / Welder who can independently handle fabrication work, erection at site, and supervise a team of workers. The candidate should be capable of reading drawings, managing site activities, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform steel fabrication and welding works as per drawings
• Handle erection and installation at site
• Supervise and coordinate with workers/labor team
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Plan daily work activities and manage materials/tools
• Coordinate with management and clients when required
• Drive to sites as needed (valid UAE driving license required)

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in steel fabrication & erection
• Strong welding skills (MIG / TIG / Arc welding)
• Ability to handle workers and manage site activities
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Basic communication skills (English/Hindi/Tamil/malayalam)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:
• Experience in structural steel / architectural metal works
• foreman experience

Salary:

Based on experience + accommodation/transport (if applicable)
