Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly professional and impeccably presented DRIVER for one of our Client in Al Ain. As an Car Driver your responsibilities will be to provide highlevel administrative support with the role of driving and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Manage executive schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations.
• Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Driving and Transportation:
• Drive HighEnd brand cars.
• Provide reliable and safe transportation for executives and other staff as needed.
• Ensure the vehicle is wellmaintained clean and in good working order.
• Plan and execute efficient routes to optimize travel time.
• Handle minor vehicle issues and coordinate with maintenance services.
• Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational communication and multitasking abilities.
• Driving Skills: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; familiarity with local traffic laws and routes.
