Job Description

First impressions are everything! As a Room Attendant with Fairmont Ajman, you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every Guest, ensuring Guest rooms are comfortable, inviting and clean. The luxury our Guests experience will ensure their return.

Key Responsibilities
• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies as required.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure trolleys and housekeeping equipment are clean, well-stocked, and properly stored.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Respect guest privacy and ensure confidentiality while servicing rooms.
• Assist with laundry duties, linen distribution, and public area cleaning when required.
• Deliver prompt and courteous service to all guests, anticipating and responding to their needs.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and grooming standards.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks and lifting.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and service-oriented.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
